This guided tapas tour in Fuerteventura will take you from finca to finca, with stops for a variety of tastings along the way. Savor local specialties such as tunos (cactus fruit), jams, mojo sauces, gofio, of course, the famous goat cheese and much more. On this tour you will get access to locations that usually remain unknown to holidaymakers and get an glimpse into the authentic life of local farmers. Visit a traditional Canarian cheese dairy and learn how this island specialty is made; with a little luck, you might even meet the iconic goats—the island’s unofficial mascots, so to speak.. At an olive grove, you’ll see how organic olive oil is produced. Enjoy the delicacies served al fresco at a lovingly set table in the shades under the olive trees. To get to know country and people in a small group very individually, away from mass tourism,that´s what we were interested in when we booked the excursions. Hotel pickup, very nice tours, delicious typical food, very nice tour guide.
